The Village Inn is conveniently located just minutes away from Breckenridge, Texas. From either direction, turn off of Highway 180 onto FM 3099 heading North and travel approximately 2 miles taking your first left at CR 315. Then travel about 1 mile until you reach the Village Inn. The beautiful 8+ acre property is located on the lake and boat trailer parking is available.
A private boat ramp is available for Motel, Cabin and RV guests. In addition to the Village Inn Boat Ramp, a Public Boat Ramp is located only minutes away, near the dam. Turn left off of CR 315 from the Village Inn then head North on FM 3099.
Conveniently located nearby: Walmart (4 min), Tractor Supply (4 mins), McDonald's (4 min), Subway (4 min), gas stations, city park and playground and several other restaurants and amenities.
