The Village Inn is conveniently located just minutes away from Breckenridge, Texas. From either direction, turn off of Highway 180 onto FM 3099 heading North and travel approximately 2 miles taking your first left at CR 315. Then travel about 1 mile until you reach the Village Inn. The beautiful 8+ acre property is located on the lake and boat trailer parking is available.
OUR PRIVATE RAMP IS CURRENTLY NOT IN USE DUE TO LOW LAKE LEVELS.
A PUBLIC RAMP IS LOCATED APPROX. 3 MILES NORTH ON FM 3099 AT THE DAM,
ALSO KNOWN AS PRATER'S LANDING.
A private boat ramp is available for Motel, Cabin and RV guests. In addition to the Village Inn Boat Ramp, a Public Boat Ramp is located only minutes away, near the dam. Turn left off of County Road 315 from the Village Inn then head North on FM 3099.
Conveniently located nearby: Walmart (4 min), Subway (4 min), Tractor Supply (4 mins), McDonald's (4 min), Sonic (5 min), Dairy Queen (5 min), gas stations, city park and playground and several other restaurants and amenities.
